Who Is Tim Richardson?

I am an inspirational and motivational speaker who shares a message on how to Live Rich! I have been a professional speaker since 1988. In 1983, I read a book that ultimately lead to me becoming a professional speaker. It also changed my life. After being dumped by my first love, I was depressed. All I could think about was that relationship and what could have been. After reading “The Magic of Thinking Big” by Dr. David Swarts, I started taking goal setting seriously. What followed was the best period in my young life. Among those goals, were to become a millionaire by the age of 35. Well, I have achieved ONE of those two! But I am Rich! SO in these pages, I will share with my readers on what it takes to achieve real success.

I believe being successfand being Rich has almost nothing to do with money and everything to do with personal and professional satifaction.

Though a native Floridian, who occasionally pines for the beach life, I have happily adapted to the life in East Tennessee. When I can, I love to mountain bike, water ski, and explore the hills and mountains of one of the most beautiful places in America – the Great Smokey Mountains with my wife and five (that’s not a typo!).

My newest project is identifying a list of the REAL 100 Richest people in the U.S. If you know someone who is rich, please let me know…I would love to meet them and introduce them to my readers.

    Tim,
I’m pretty sure you will remember me. I was the guy who worked at Office Depot and helped with your computer stuff sometimes. I was cleaning out my old emails and I found some that you had sent me. I hadn’t thought about you for awhile so I clicked on the link. The website is fantastic. There are a lot of bells and whistles. It appears that business is going well. I hope that your wife and children are great. If you are visiting Jacksonville anytime soon, I would love to meet you for lunch. But I know how packed your itinerary usually is. Well, I hope everything is great because you deserve it. Sincerely, David Anderson

I continue moving forward in my business despite overwhelming challenges, because I personally get to witness how peoples’ lives change.

    Hi, Tim

Just looking up old friends, and checked in at your website. I could not agree with you more that “richness” in life is not a matter of money. I am happy to see that you are doing well.

I’m a full time musician these days, I’ve been teaching music to blind kids for eleven years now. It’s great.

And in addition to cartooning, I do watercolor paintings now.

Not wealth … but rich all the same.

    Best

    Jim Carpenter
