I lost my home in the cedar fire of 2003. I have a partially furnished home in San Diego to rent out. My parents home. I was in the middle of selling their things but when the fire hit I thought perhaps someone could use some furniture and pots and pans etc.
I made a mistake by not renting a place to live because the insurance company gives you money just to use as rent if you don’;t use it they do not give it to you.
I live in AZ now and both my parents live in a Alzhiemer facility which is quite costly. The house for rent is 2867 Monarch St, San Diego 92123, Mission Village right above the Stadium. $2,100.00 per month, 3 bd 2 ba and bonus room, covered patio. Since I have already been through what you are going through I can help.
